The questions we get asked
Short answers, so the first conversation can be about your work instead of our process.
How fast can I actually get it?
Most standard jobs run three to eight working days from artwork approval. Eligible jobs can go express in 24 hours. Confirm it with us before you plan around it.
I have no design files. Is that a problem?
No. Send a photo, a sketch or a link to something you liked. Our designers build the artwork and share a proof before anything is printed.
What if the print doesn't match the proof?
We reprint it. That's what the proof-match guarantee means in practice. Approve the proof carefully and the rest is on us.
Do you deliver outside my city?
Yes. We dispatch pan-India and share tracking. Large signage is quoted with installation where we can arrange it.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product and the process. Digital printing suits small runs; offset and packaging get much cheaper at volume. Ask and we'll tell you the break-even.
Can I see the material first?
Yes. Ask for samples or a single printed piece before committing to a full run. It's cheaper than reprinting a thousand of the wrong thing.
How does pricing work?
Quoted per job against your size, material, finish and quantity. In writing, before production. No surprise additions at delivery.
Can you handle a repeating order?
Yes. Once artwork is approved we keep it on file, so a reorder is a single message rather than a fresh brief.
